What the programme holds
Boys follow a daily routine of crop and animal husbandry, balanced with team games, meals, rest, and guided conversations about work, relationships, responsibility, and goals.
The programme is led hands-on by the farm owners, with support from a wider network of mentors. It is a structured experience of farm life, guidance, and real conversation, not simply a week of farm work.
The programme is residential and usually lasts 5 days. Dates are announced for each intake.
Parent trust
Adult supervision is present throughout. Parents receive a packing list and programme updates.
Parents provide medical and emergency information, and dietary needs can be discussed. Do not send medical details in the first public enquiry form. Fees are shared during registration.
